Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland, OH is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Onboarding Specialist to manage post-offer activities, preboarding, and new-hire orientation, ensuring accurate records and a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with recruiters, People & Culture, and hiring managers to coordinate documentation, training, and onboarding steps while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR admin.
• Proficiency with an ATS/HRIS; Dayforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
• Maintain NHOL and candidate records with accuracy.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with post-offer processes and orientation.
• Enter new hires into Dayforce with complete information and documentation.
• Communicate preboarding requirements to candidates and collect necessary documents.
