Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Welcome Team Executive to join our expanding sales force and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will contact newly signed-up customers to guide them through onboarding and ensure their accounts are live and operational. You’ll use your technical aptitude and strong communication to support customers, address questions about our systems, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact newly signed-up customers to guide them through onboarding and ensure accounts are live and operational.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing questions about our systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
