Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to support onboarding and implementation for new enterprise merchants.

You will guide customers through the onboarding process, aligning loyalty programs with their goals and KPIs while ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, address questions proactively, and leverage analytical and communication skills to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing roles including exposure to enterprise clients or enterprise-level implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for assigned enterprise clients from contract to implementation.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them define and set up their loyalty programs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during implementation by addressing questions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Transfer requests to Support for tech or integration issues.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing onboarding feedback and insights.
• Support merchants in setting up effective loyalty campaigns aligned with goals and KPIs.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to Customer Success after onboarding.
