Job summary

GovDash is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to turn new customers into active GovDash users within weeks of signing. You will onboard clients, train teams on the workflows they actually run, and drive early adoption so GovDash becomes an essential tool for capture, proposal development, and contract management.

You will run discovery, help with data migration and integration efforts, and hand off to Account Management with documented workflows and open items.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience.
• Experience running software product demos.
• Experience training others on capture and proposal workflows.
• Understanding of government contracting, AI landscape, GovDash products, and customer problems.
• Ability to operate with high horsepower, frequent context switching, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across the platform and understand GovDash workflows.
• Onboard new clients with an implementation plan for each customer.
• Run discovery with new accounts to map current pursuit and processes.
• Train clients during the first 30 days to ensure successful adoption.
• Assist with integration setup, data migration, and platform configuration.
• Conduct multiple customer sessions via Microsoft Teams to train and run workflows live.
