Job summary

Field Nation is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from contract to power user. You will translate business strategy into onboarding roadmaps, lead end-to-end engagements, and drive adoption across people, processes, and systems.

You will educate customers on our marketplace model, coach on proven workflows, and collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver value and scalable outcomes. AI-enabled processes support this growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical/operational training and change management roles.
• Strong ability to present to operations and management audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-project load.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate business strategy into prescriptive onboarding roadmaps with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements across people, process, and systems to drive adoption.
• Proactively identify and remove adoption blockers and mitigate risk.
• Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for assigned accounts.
• Design and deliver high-impact training grounded in marketplace best practices.
