Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of MSP experience.
• Tier 2+ technical expertise to support complex client environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document findings clearly and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication experience, with presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with MSPs, vendors, and IT professionals to obtain access and information.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects with high service levels.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end onboarding for new clients: assess their current environment, document systems, and implement standard stack.
• Learn and understand each new customer's business operations, workflows, and technology environment.
• Coordinate and deploy monitoring solutions and security platforms for new MSP customers.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop gap analyses identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with customers to configure and optimize their environment while reviewing internal IT processes.
• Evaluate onboarding and offboarding processes, security practices, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding activities are completed on schedule.
• Document findings, recommendations, and implementation plans for long-term customer success.
