Job summary

Centre Technologies is expanding its team and seeking an Onboarding Technical Consultant to independently assess, document, and prepare new client environments for ongoing managed support. The role includes onsite and remote discovery, deploying Centre tools, and coordinating with multiple delivery teams to ensure successful onboardings.

Frequent local travel and occasional out-of-town travel are required. Candidates should have 3+ years in IT support or related roles and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, infrastructure, or technical project delivery.
• 2+ years in client environments, MSP, or multi-client setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding assessments for new client environments, including endpoints, servers, networks, and security controls.
• Document inventories, validate asset configurations, and track support status.
• Collaborate with Project Services to complete onboarding, remediation, migration, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2 issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, and remote access.
• Prepare documentation, environment diagrams, and validation evidence for go-live.
