Job summary

In-Telecom in Texas seeks an IT Support Engineer to drive MSP onboarding and professional services. You will manage Microsoft cloud deployments, identity, endpoints, servers, and network security while maintaining thorough documentation and client handoffs.

The role balances MSP onboarding with project work, collaborating with PMs, Service Delivery, and the Network Operations Center to ensure successful deployments and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT experience in MSP or IT services environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and related services.
• Ability to manage onboarding and professional services projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned technical work from discovery through handoff and testing.
• Execute MSP onboarding and professional services projects per scope.
• Troubleshoot across cloud services, identity, endpoints, servers, networks, and security.
• Create clear technical documentation for teammates and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers, service delivery, and vendors to meet timelines.
• Validate completed work and provide accurate handoffs and notes.
