Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Lansing, MI to oversee structured onboarding for customers, deploying RMM, PSA, and security tools, and coordinating project delivery. You will bridge customers with internal teams, maintain clear documentation, and ensure onboarding milestones are met on time.

You will coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, drive onboarding readiness, and translate complex concepts for customers while maintaining polished communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in an IT environment or technical MSP role.
• Hands-on experience with managed services tooling and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate MSP tooling (RMM, PSA, security tools).
• Set up and manage onboarding projects in PSA and project tools.
• Build onboarding tickets, schedules, and track completion.
• Lead onboarding check-in meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and SOPs.
