Job summary

Fountain seeks an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You will coordinate onboarding activities, train new hires, and ensure compliant documentation before start dates, collaborating with recruitment and operations.

The role requires comfort with multiple platforms, public speaking, and a high-volume outreach mindset to support educators and staff. This is a full-time position with health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding processes and coordination.
• Ability to review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Proven training and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate large group onboarding orientations (up to 20 people).
• Review and approve documentation for compliance before first day.
• Provide training support to new employees.
• Support recruitment, compliance, and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and texts related to onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
