Job summary

1 Source Business Solutions is hiring a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding for clients and employees onsite. You will handle inquiries, document verification, and data entry across HR systems while coordinating new hire processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent customer service, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time onsite position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Growth department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in basic office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors via phone, email, and in person
• Provide professional, timely, and courteous support to client and employee inquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
• Assist clients and employees with onboarding, payroll processes, and documentation
• Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation
• Assist employees with completion of I-9, W-4, and other forms
• Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Enter and maintain new hire data within payroll and HR systems
• Track onboarding status and follow up to meet deadlines
• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
• Maintain organized records with confidentiality
• Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry
• Support onboarding-related coordination across teams
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and client experience
• Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery
• Maintain knowledge of onboarding requirements, policies, and procedures
