Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of provider onboarding workflows and new provider orientations.
• Experience with provider tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding tasks, deadlines and documentation.
• Excellent communication with new hires and stakeholders.
• Collaboration with recruitment and leadership on onboarding processes.
• Understanding of policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot onboarding issues and handle sensitive information securely.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new hires, hiring managers and other stakeholders to support onboarding.
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for the department leadership and new hires.
• Manage multiple onboarding tasks, deadlines and documentation efficiently.
• Partner with recruiting and leadership to create and update new hire trackers, collect documents, conduct background checks, and organize orientation.
• Support organization-wide strategy and processes and oversee post-onboarding surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies.
