Fountain seeks an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You will coordinate onboarding activities, train new hires, and ensure compliant documentation before start dates, collaborating with recruitment and operations.

The role requires comfort with multiple platforms, public speaking, and a high-volume outreach mindset to support educators and staff. This is a full-time position with health benefits and PTO.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate large group onboarding orientations (up to 20 people).
• Review and approve documentation for compliance before first day.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and texts related to onboarding.

Weekly hours: 40 per week (Required Overtime, which includes weekend hours, 6 weeks out of the year)

Shift: 13:00 - 22:00 EST (12:00 - 21:00 CST, 11:00 - 20:00 MST, 10:00 - 19:00 PST)

We are seeking a persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and values-driven professional to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist This role reports directly to the Onboarding Manager and will collaborate regularly with the recruitment, operations, and compliance teams.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate large group (up to 20 people) new hire orientations so they can complete the onboarding process within a particular median time to hire
• Review and approve all required documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy before the first day of school
• Provide training support to new employees
• Support recruitment, compliance, and other cross-functional departments as needed
• Support solving incoming phone calls, emails, and text related to our onboarding process
• Perform other duties as assigned
