Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a DST Training Facilitator to coordinate and conduct new Team Member orientation at the Distribution Center.

You will ensure proper training on company policies, safety requirements, and operational expectations, while supporting onboarding, documentation compliance, and training records management. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate in English to large

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have completed the 90-day probationary period.
• Previous training or facilitation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Distribution Center operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate company policies and procedures in English.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new Team Member orientation and onboarding.
• Deliver safety and forklift training.
• Continuously improve orientation and classroom training programs.
• Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Track attendance and training records for new team members.
• Assess interpreter needs and coordinate language support when necessary.
• Assist new Team Members with facility acclimation and qualification processes.
• Support additional training and onboarding activities as assigned.
