Tyson Foods, Center Processing Plant in Center, Texas, is seeking a Production Trainer for the 2nd shift to deliver new hire orientation and on-the-floor training for hourly team members, clerical staff, and supervisors.

You will maintain training records, plan sessions, assist with JSAs, and help onboarding. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required; a high school diploma and 1+ year of training or food processing experience are preferred.

Formación

• One year of experience in training or food processing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver new hire orientation and training programs.
• Complete and maintain training documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and daily follow-up on the production floor.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor training sessions; maintain records.
• Assist with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and training materials.
