Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a DST Training Facilitator to conduct new Team Member orientation at the Distribution Center. You will deliver safety and forklift training and help new hires begin their roles successfully.

Responsibilities include ensuring documentation accuracy, tracking attendance, coordinating interpreters, and assisting new team members through the qualification process. Monday–Friday shifts with potential Saturdays apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have completed the 90-day probationary period.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate policies and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new Team Member orientation covering company policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety and forklift training.
• continually improve classroom orientation programs.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Accurately track time and attendance for new Team Members in orientation.
• Assess interpreter needs and coordinate interpreter assistance as needed.
• Assist new Team Members in becoming familiar with the facility and completing the qualification process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
