Job summary

You will assess interpreter needs, assist in completing qualification processes, track attendance, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with various departments. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English effectively to communicate policies during orientation.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new Team Member orientation covering company policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety and forklift training.
• Continually improve classroom orientation programs.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed accurately and submitted timely.
• Accurately track time and attendance for new Team Members during orientation.
• Assess need for interpreters and coordinate interpreter assistance.
