• 2+ years of progressive experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related field.
• Proctoring Exams
• Hands-on experience with I-9 verification and E-Verify processes
• Pre-employment onboarding activities
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires from pre-employment through orientation.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements including I-9 verification and E-Verify.
• Manage onboarding workflows and communications to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to facilitate first-day experiences.
• Schedule orientation sessions and onboarding events.
