Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager in North Carolina to guide customers from handoff through payroll launch. You’ll coordinate with partner Implementation Managers and internal teams to ensure data, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules, and integrations are set up correctly for a smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to train clients on Connecteam workflows and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation/onboarding, customer-facing SaaS roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and initial payroll stabilization.
• Lead kickoff, setup, training and payroll cycles with customers and partners.
• Coordinate across customers, partner, Sales, Support, Product, Integrations and leadership.
