Job summary

Playbypoint is seeking an Onboarding Lead to guide clubs through a smooth implementation of our enterprise platform. You’ll tailor the onboarding journey, configure accounts, and ensure a timely launch while acting as their trusted advisor.

In this role you’ll manage multiple clubs, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Success to maximize value from day one. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client onboarding or similar roles.
• Customer-first attitude.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and adaptability.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clubs to understand objectives, tailor onboarding to goals, and serve as primary contact through launch.
• Confirm information to configure clubs and optimize platform settings.
• Guide clubs through implementation with training and support.
• Act as a product expert to maximize platform value from day one.
• Manage multiple onboarding clubs across different setup stages.
• Contribute to onboarding KPIs and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Success for a seamless launch.
• Identify onboarding challenges and help improve processes and resources.
