Job summary

There’s Only One Place is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with product, support, and sales to drive successful handoffs.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and superb communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve escalations, while continuously seeking process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, PM, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, project management or account management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Own onboarding project planning, execution, monitoring, and handoff to support teams.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements and propose changes to senior management.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
