Opiniion is hiring an Client Onboarding Support Specialist to guide new clients from signed agreement to successful launch. You will coordinate onboarding, configure the platform, and train customers with a clear, confident approach to adoption.

You will partner with Sales and internal teams to align goals, timelines, and setup needs, while documenting activities and capturing learnings to improve the process. This is a great entry point into SaaS onboarding and customer success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with professional tone.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple tasks and timelines.
• Able to learn new software quickly and use systems consistently.
• Proactive problem-solving and coachability.
• Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and launch coordination for new clients from post-sale to successful launch.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to align goals, timelines, and setup needs.
• Keep onboarding milestones and follow-ups organized to ensure alignment.
• Configure platform setup and guide clients through onboarding calls and training.
• Maintain clear client communication, identify risks, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Document onboarding activities and capture feedback to improve processes.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to summarize context, prepare notes, and enhance efficiency.
