Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate to help onboarding and drive value for clients using Gartner subscriptions. You will work with senior leaders across IT, HR, and other practices to surface priorities and ensure successful adoption of Gartner services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proven track record of success driven by delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients from senior to junior levels to ensure Gartner subscription success.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth through service delivery and introductions.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and design solutions.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
