Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Implementation Analyst to enable customers through onboarding of D&B Hoovers and Finance Analytics. You’ll own onboarding activities, educate customers on capabilities, and act as a trusted consultant during deployment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with accounts, updating status in Salesforce, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support and renewal after onboarding. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent problem resolution skills and attention to detail.
• Results oriented with multitasking and prioritization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Able to train and transfer knowledge.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication.
• Self-motivated team player with flexibility.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding activities for D&B Hoovers and Finance Analytics licenses.
• Educate customers on capabilities and use cases and act as a consultant.
• Manage customer communications and status updates in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff after onboarding.
• Escalate issues and resolve roadblocks during onboarding.
• Set customer expectations for post-onboarding support and renewal.
