Job summary

LifeLoop is seeking an Onboarding & Implementation Associate to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers, coordinating planning, communications, and hands-on implementation. You will work with Customer Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating complex onboarding projects and timelines.
Ability to lead onboarding sessions and drive customers to complete tasks on schedule.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with CS, PM, Sales, and Product teams.
Experience developing training materials and client enablement resources.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding for LifeLoop customers, manage timelines and milestones.
Provide onboarding sessions and ensure successful implementation.
Serve as primary onboarding contact, build trust and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and product adoption.
