Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an Onboarding & Implementation Associate to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for LifeLoop customers in Colorado, coordinating timelines, sessions, and cross-functional workstreams to deliver a seamless startup experience.

You will train customers, manage stakeholder communications, and document progress to help customers realize the full value of LifeLoop while collaborating with Implementation Consultants, Professional Services, Product, Support, Sales, and CS teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading onboarding for new customers, overseeing timelines and milestones to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide implementation and onboarding sessions to customers.
• Encourage customers to complete onboarding tasks on time to maximize value.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer goals and ensure a seamless onboarding.
• Provide feedback on features to drive product improvements and adoption.
• Participate in cross-team groups and projects as needed.
• Guide clients on LifeLoop features, build confidence, and develop training materials.
• Lead onboarding sessions for customers.
• Track progress, ensure deliverables and milestones are met.
• Document work so Support and CS teams can assist after onboarding.
• Maintain onboarding docs in Salesforce, including plans and milestones.
• Provide status updates and reports to internal teams.
• Participate in design and testing of new features.
• Collaborate to iterate and improve onboarding processes.
• Gather feedback and report pain points to Product and CS.
• Apply self-drive to determine actions to help each customer succeed.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to aid onboarding.
