Job summary

eShipping LLC is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to manage client onboarding for large accounts. You will partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Technology, and Account Management to translate solutions into a structured launch plan and ensure a smooth handoff to ongoing account ownership.

The role focuses on coordinating scope, timelines, system readiness, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining CRM records and ensuring risks are surfaced early.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer onboarding or project coordination in logistics or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document requirements and decisions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise client implementations from post-sale transition through launch.
• Maintain project plans and workspaces to track tasks, timelines, risks, and status.
• Act as a consistent point of coordination for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare updates, document decisions, and keep action items moving.
• Ensure accurate CRM records and documentation for visibility and handoff.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Technology, and Account Management.
