Job summary

Slang is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the first host in a customer's journey after the sale. You will welcome customers, guide them clearly, and help them realize value quickly through fast onboarding.

You will guide setup, configuration, integrations, and early usage with hands-on support, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth day-one experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality, or another customer facing role.
• Hospitality mindset with a customer-first attitude and strong organization.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and accept feedback for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through setup, configuration, and integrations with urgency.
• Provide hands-on support and practical consultation for early usage.
• Stay engaged post-launch to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Communicate proactively and warmly throughout onboarding and early lifecycle.
