Qualifications

• 2-7 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee administration, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee onboarding activities for new hires.
• Process pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and HR communications.
• Support payroll-related processes and HR compliance activities.
• Collaborate with HR team on ongoing initiatives and projects.
