Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian’s HR Shared Services team seeks an HR Connects Advisor–Day Flex. You will guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

You’ll use the case management platform to resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat, supporting benefits, leave, and workforce administration as needed. The role is temporary with full-time hours, offering a remote work option and a tenure of 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or relevant experience.
• Commitment to contributing to a positive, respectful, and FUN work culture.
• Strong communication skills and desire to interact with employees across the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Guide new employees through onboarding with emphasis on quality and service.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of new hire documentation with hospital, Joint Commission, and regulatory guidelines.
• Master the case management platform to assist with onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies.
