LuxExperience is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor for the US team based in Mahwah, NJ, with routine NYC visits. This fixed-term role focuses on HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and data integrity, supporting Payroll and Benefits while driving process improvements.

You will work with a small US-based team to deliver timely, accurate HR services, ensure compliance, and uphold company values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Ability to guide employees and managers on HR policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to routine employee relations matters and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation reflecting policies.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and managers.
• Support Benefits processes (maternity/paternity).
• Manage leaver processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems integrity.
• Collaborate with Payroll on Workday questions and processes.
• Partner with HRBPs and Recruitment on lifecycle activities.
• Onboard/offboard employees, conduct right-to-work checks, visa tracking.
• Audit HR data for accuracy and compliance; identify process improvements.
