LuxExperience is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the US HR Shared Services Team based in Mahwah, NJ with routine visits to NYC. The 1-year fixed-term role involves handling employee relations, documentation, policy guidance, and benefits support.

You will manage leaver processes, maintain HR records, assist Payroll on Workday questions, and collaborate with HR partners to streamline lifecycle activities while upholding data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations or shared services in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to advise employees and managers on HR policies with confidentiality.
• Discreet, professional, well-presented with excellent written communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve HR service delivery.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and respond to routine employee relations matters and determine escalation.
• Prepare and coordinate employment documentation reflecting approved actions and policies.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and managers via Workday ticketing.
• Support Benefits processes including maternity/paternity workflows.
• Manage leaver processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain personnel records and HR systems accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll on Workday questions and processes.
• Partner with HR BPs and Recruitment on lifecycle activities.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work checks, and visa allowances.
• Audit HR data and processes for discrepancies and compliance.
