As part of our HR Shared Services team, more commonly known as HR Connects, you’ll help us continue to ensure our employees can do what they do best: deliver top-notch patient care every day. **HR Connects Advisor – HR Shared Services – Day Flex - Temporary** Jumpstart your career as a HR Connects Advisor, specializing in the new hire onboarding processes for one of New York City’s largest private employers. You’ll guide our new employees through the onboarding experience with an emphasis on quality and service. In this role you’ll be responsible for accuracy and thoroughness of new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with all hospital, Joint Commission, Federal, State and regulatory agency guidelines. In addition, you’ll master our case management platform, allowing you to provide a broad scope of services by phone, email, and chat to solve customer inquiries related to onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies. Not to mention, you will also have the opportunity to assist other teams across HR Shared Services such as Benefits, Leave Management, or Workforce Administration as needed.
