Job summary

VeeAR Projects Inc. in California seeks an Onboarding Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee transition for both clinical and non-clinical hires.

You will serve as the primary candidate contact, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and leaders to ensure timely clearance, accurate data entry, and a compliant, welcoming onboarding experience across Napa and Fairfield locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in HR, onboarding, or related processes is desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates during onboarding journey.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and hiring leaders to ensure timely clearance and accurate data entry.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, background screening requirements, I-9 regulations, and credentialing standards.
• Support audit readiness and accelerate start dates through proactive tracking.
• Prepare new hires for orientation and ensure full clearance and data entry into timekeeping systems.
