Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an HR Associate to support North America teams across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on role delivers critical HR processes and advances strategic initiatives.

You will prepare contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding materials, and partner with HR Business Partners to drive projects. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HR tools like Workday and Lever.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 0-2 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with HR tools such as Workday and Lever.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across the entire employee life cycle, including contracts, reference letters, changes, and off-boarding materials.
• Provide first-line support for employees within designated business groups.
• Support core Employee Success processes and programs.
• Assist onboarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with Employee Success Business Partners to implement key projects.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and align with global HR processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures with cross-functional teams.
