Job summary

Vensure seeks an IT Employee Experience Technician to partner with HR, managers, and technical teams to deliver a seamless Day One experience for new hires. You will handle new hire tickets, coordinate status updates with HR, Recruiting, and managers, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.

The role combines strong documentation, Excel-based tracking, and effective written communication to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a team environment assisting multiple levels of management.
• Ability to write clearly for diverse audiences and create SOPs.
• Strong Excel and data-tracking capabilities.
• Solid technical aptitude and quick learning of new tools and concepts.
• Experience with IT ticketing and onboarding processes is a plus.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shared spreadsheets for all teams involved.
• Update tickets and transfer data to spreadsheets.
• Coordinate process updates and changes to tickets and documents.
• Act as liaison between all teams, keeping records of meetings and documents.
• Work with newly hired users to ensure an excellent day-one experience.
