Job summary

VeeAR Projects Inc. is seeking an HR Operations support professional to advise managers on HR policies and guide leaders through HR processes. This role handles onboarding, transfers, and documentation in Oracle, while maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in HR support, and familiarity with HRIS systems. Hospital HR experience is a plus, and PHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with HR coursework preferred.
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of HR support experience.
• 3 years of administrative support experience with strong customer service.
• Experience with onboarding processes is preferred.
• Hospital HR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and educate managers on HR policies and procedures across HR Operations.
• Coach leaders on HR processes, training users of systems and procedures.
• Process internal transfers and promotions in HR systems.
• Oversee new hire onboarding and clearance processes, including Oracle profiles and document management.
• Manage data and transactions in HRIS and other HR databases.
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure legal compliance.
• Prepare actions for attendance, disciplinary matters, and investigations as needed.
• Support office coverage and project coordination as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
