Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support North America teams throughout the employee lifecycle. You will deliver critical HR processes and services while taking on advanced responsibilities that contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include contracts, reference letters, onboarding support, and HRIS data quality. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams is required to implement key projects and policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with HR tools and systems (e.g. Workday, Lever).
• Dynamic communication style with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience at a software company or scale-up.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational excellence across the entire employee life cycle, including preparing contracts, reference letters, employee changes, off-boarding materials, and related areas.
• Provide first-line support for all employees within designated business groups.
• Provide operational support across core Employee Success processes and programs.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Partner with Employee Success Business Partners to ensure successful implementation of key projects.
• Take ownership of HRIS data quality, aligning with global HR operational processes where needed.
• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
