Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding experience for pass-through employees and act as the main point of contact across multiple systems. The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and proactive follow-through.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced workloads while delivering superior service to employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Tech savvy and able to learn new technology quickly across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process for pass-through employees from introduction to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout onboarding, providing guidance and support.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on documentation or requirements.
• Keep clients informed of onboarding status and confirm when employees are cleared to begin work.
• Maintain accurate employee information and onboarding documentation across internal systems.
• Coordinate with recruiting, payroll, HR, and account management teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Transition employees into the general talent pool when assignments end and coordinate with recruiters for opportunities.
• Provide high level customer service to employees and clients.
• Identify onboarding issues or delays and escalate quickly when necessary.
