Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires from offer acceptance.
• Schedule and prepare weekly new hire orientation across sites.
• Communicate status of new hires with internal stakeholders.
• Verify employment eligibility for all new hires.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements to onboarding.
• Provide timely responses to new hires' questions.
• Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies.
• Collaborate with team to source new development resources as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
