Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

You will coordinate with Hiring Managers and internal customers to ensure a smooth transition into new roles and maintain timely statuses. This role requires independent judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, and meticulous attention to confidential information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of onboarding/HR coordination experience.
• iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for Hiring Managers, internal customers, and Candidates.
• Ensure legal compliance with pre-employment and new-hire procedures and documentation, including I-9 and E-Verify.
• Prepare and send offer letters detailing the expectations of the new role and compensation.
• Ensure onboarding documents are completed by the candidate in a timely manner.
• Oversee pre-employment background checks, drug testing and occupational health testing and resolve issues.
• Check results daily for all pre-employment checks and update statuses in iCIMS.
• Manage background check results and escalation as needed.
• Gatekeeper for commencement of employment and contingent starts as needed.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
