Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding caseloads from offer through Day 1 and beyond.
• Coordinates cross-functional onboarding activities with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Credentialing, Payroll, and Hiring Managers.
• Tracks credentialing readiness and compliance documentation; identifies gaps and escalates high-risk items.
• Leads onboarding orientation and compliance training for new hires.
