Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding & Employee Experience Specialist to lead the new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 60 days, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.

You will partner with HR, recruiting and department leaders to coordinate onboarding activities, track status in ADP Workforce Now, resolve challenges quickly, and translate data into actionable improvements for retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR/onboarding/employee experience in high-touch environments.
• Preferred experience with HRIS, ATS, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate onboarding experiences for new employees and hiring managers.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires, ensuring timely communication and completion of onboarding steps.
• Identify barriers and surface opportunities for improvement in onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting and leaders; track status in ADP Workforce Now.
• Translate onboarding data into actionable recommendations to improve retention.
