Job summary

Talent4Health LLC is seeking an Onboarding Support Specialist to deliver a high-touch onboarding experience for candidates from offer acceptance through their first day in the United States. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage I-9 and compliance, maintain records in Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to regular usage across California facilities.

Qualifications

• Three years of current experience in a high-volume administrative, data entry, or clerical function.
• Minimum two years in HR onboarding or related role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates during onboarding.
• Coordinate background checks, credentialing, references, and employment verification.
• Manage onboarding documentation, I-9 requirements, and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG.
• Coordinate orientation, health assessments, benefits, training, and system access.
• Track outstanding requirements and communicate delays or issues.
