Qualifications

• Education in HR, business or healthcare admin is preferred; applicable experience considered.
• Experience in onboarding, credentialing, or healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full pre-employment and onboarding process from offer acceptance through start date.
• Guide candidates through onboarding requirements with a positive experience.
• Coordinate, collect, review, and validate all required employment documentation.
• Ensure compliance and clearance before start date.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and track progress.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders regarding status.
• Partner with HR, Recruitment, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a seamless process.
