Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Employee Experience, HR, Recruiting Coordination, Learning & Development, Event Coordination, Operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with comfort using AI-powered solutions to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Support pre-start activities, including welcome communications and onboarding schedules.
• Assist with Day 1 readiness, including technology setup and orientation logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and connect them with resources.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, welcome events, and programs.
• Track onboarding progress and escalate issues impacting the experience.
• Develop initiatives to foster engagement, inclusion, and belonging for new hires.
• Assist with special projects related to employee experience and culture.
