Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a New Hire Experience Program Coordinator to support end-to-end onboarding and integration for new employees.

This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Technology, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from offer through the first months with the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in Employee Experience, HR, Recruiting Coordination, Learning & Development, Event Coordination, Operations, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Employee Experience team lead to coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
Support pre-start activities, including welcome communications and introductory calls and onboarding schedules.
Assist with Day 1 readiness, including technology setup coordination and orientation logistics.
Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and connecting them with resources.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, welcome events, and onboarding programs.
Track onboarding progress and elevate issues impacting the new hire experience.
