Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding and Implementation Lead for Media API customers, driving success from kickoff to go-live and translating business needs into effective API workflows. You will troubleshoot API issues, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support, manage a portfolio of API customers, and develop documentation, playbooks, and reusable resources to scale the support experience.

Qualifications

At least 2 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration workflows.
Strong communication, project management, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and implementation for Media API customers from kickoff to go-live.
Guide customers in translating business requirements into effective technical API workflows.
Troubleshoot API-related issues and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
Manage a portfolio of API customers, monitoring adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Support integration partners and conduct regular reviews of business objectives and performance.
Create documentation, playbooks, and reusable resources to scale the support experience.
