impact.com is looking for an Integration Engineer to configure, implement, integrate, and launch client accounts. You will own the onboarding relationship, answer questions, conduct Zoom calls, and lead training on platform adoption.

You will work with Solutions Architects, Client Success, and other teams to guide clients through integration, address technical questions, and ensure timely implementations with comprehensive documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related discipline.
• 5+ years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-focused company.
• Experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity.
• Familiarity with the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities, product enhancements, and relevant industry trends.
• Responsible for a portfolio of new accounts, including launching and following a defined onboarding process.
• Ensure stakeholders are involved to confirm setup items.
• Drive projects forward and surface blockers to meet timelines.
• Support the design and integration of technical solutions for new and existing clients.
• Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding.
• Capture and document critical client information for a smooth transition to Success/Account Management
