Job summary

Euler, the AI-native PRM for partnerships, is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to own the technical execution and coordination of customer onboarding. You will manage API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, and security setup while partnering with the Onboarding Manager and CS team.

Reporting to Engineering, you will act as the technical backbone for scalable onboarding, contributing to faster retention and expansion as customers launch successfully and traverse the onboarding lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success engineering.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple onboardings.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup phase of onboarding - API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication and security setup
• Coordinate the complete onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to CS
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues including integration failures and data sync problems
• Build and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering to elevate product issues and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Partner with CS to ensure smooth handoff from onboarding to ongoing support
• Define and track onboarding success metrics such as time to value and integration completion rate
• Identify onboarding risks early and propose timelines-keeping solutions
• Support the Onboarding Manager on technical customer communications
• Assist in designing and mentoring additional onboarding engineers as the team scales
